To qualify for your rebate all you need to do is follow these few easy steps, terms and conditions apply.
- Register for the program:
Simply register for the program and one of our licensed agents will contact you to assist you in finding the perfect home. After you are registered you can search our listings online
- Use one of our agents:
We understand that the moving/ home buying process can be intimidating, let one of our licensed Reators® help you make the process easier for you. You can search our Database of every MLS listing in the North Texas area, once you find the property you like one of our agents can take you to see the property and negotiate the best price possible. Our expert Realtors® can also help you work through the selection process by assisting you to determine the best location, style and price for you.
- Buy your new home:
The purchase must be closed through a title company/escrow office using the lender of your choice. To receive the rebate, Realty Solutions Texas does not require you to use any specific third party vendors, we can assist you in finding the best service provider for your needs.
Be sure to list Realty Solutions Texas on any builder guest cards or tell listing agents that you are working with Realty Solutions Texas to receive your rebate.
After closing and funding of your home purchase the title company/ escrow officer will issue your rebate check |
