We represent only you the Buyer. Our commission is paid by the seller or builder, Buyers Agents typically receive 3% of the selling price of the home paid from the sellers builders proceeds.

We want to earn your business by providing you a better level of service than other agents can and by working for less so we can pass the savings on to you.

On a $200,000 home, 3% commission = $6,000

We want to give you (the buyer) 1% back at closing.

On the same $200,000 home YOU will receive $2,000 cash back that you can use however you like.
